So where should you go for help?

  1. THIS WEBSITE: The first stop when seeking answers to your questions is this site. Below, you will find Frequently Asked Questions for Black River families and students about communication, learning, and wellness.

  2. SEARCH ENGINE: Many answers to questions about technology have a quick and clear answer that can be found with a simple search through a search engine like Google.

  3. TEACHER: If you have been unable to find your answer after searching this website and using a search engine, reach out to the teacher of the course via either Hangout Chat or Gmail. Allow 24 hours for a response.

  4. TICKET: The last step, if all of the above have failed, is to fill out a Technology Help! Ticket (below). Allow 24 hours for a response.
