KS4: 2025 UK Bebras Challenge (Seniors)

Out of 41,231 participants nationally including 1,678 from Hertfordshire, our GCSSE Computer Science pupil Belle Lee not only achieved Gold in the recent UK Bebras Computational Thinking Challenge  but also impressively placed in the top 10% nationally outperforming the vast majority of pupils across Hertfordshire and Nationwide.

KS5: Year 12 Computer Science Enrichment Trip

In November, all our Year 12 Computer Science students attended the annual "Computer Science in Action" event, held at the impressive Emmanuel Centre in London.  A series of high-energy, interactive sessions led by experts from industry and academia captivated both students and staff.  These sessions showcased the power and impact of technology, exploring topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, app development and quantum computing.

The day also included a special examination focused session designed to boost students' confidence and support exam performance.
