Student Portal in the Temporary Resource Management System

The Student Portal is designed to help you manage your needs while you are assigned to isolate or quarantine in temporary housing.

  • The Temporary Resource Management System is our campus tool for managing your temporary situation.

  • When you are registered in the system by Health Services or EMS, you are automatically given access to the Student Portal.

  • You will receive a link that takes you to a page like the one pictured below.

  • You will use the portal for all your non-medical needs and questions as they arise.

  • If you have technical difficulties with the portal, please email trm-admin@brown.edu. Please note this email is for technical difficulties only.

All students registered in the system will receive a welcome email with a link to the site.

Use the portal to:

  • Request essential supplies for a temporary housing location (Bowen or Minden relocations).

  • Ask questions that your Case Manager can address.

  • Check out of your room when you are cleared to leave.
