Important to Know:

CAMPUS TEMPORARY HOUSING PROVISIONS

If you need to isolate or quarantine due to an infectious situation, you will be directed by Health Services or EMS to take the necessary steps.  Some situations will require isolation in your own room on or off campus; if you require temporary housing for clinical reasons, this will be arranged for you.   

If you need to move to a temporary location for clinically determined reasons, you will be placed in a room with these amenities:

WHAT TO PACK IF YOU ARE MOVING

Plan to pack only what you really need for your stay.  You will be permitted to do laundry during your temporary situation.  If you have any questions about what to bring, you can ask EMS when they contact you to book your move in time.

Suggested packing list for your temporary housing location: 

These housing units are provided as a public and personal health accommodation, as such they are designated as substance free.  All students are expected to honor this.

CHECKING IN 

Once you have been contacted and registered to move into your temporary housing assignment, this is what you should do:

CHECKING OUT and DEPOSITING KEYS : 

Self Check Out Once Your Cleared to Go

Just like a hotel; do not select the check out button until you are leaving your room and depositing your key in the designated box.

Key Drop Boxes for Self Check Out

Minden Hall: The key drop box is in the Annex foyer, to the left of the main Annex entryway if you are facing out.
