Completion of the Returning RPL Application AND Video Interview, OR Non-Returning RPL Self-Evaluation equivalent
Completion of the Summer Commitment Form

If you have never served as a Residential Peer Leader on behalf of the Brown University Office of Residential Life, then the new applicant recruitment and selection process is for you.
If you have ever served as a Residential Peer Leader on behalf of the Office of Residential Life at Brown University, then the returning RPL recruitment and selection process is for you. The term "Returning RPLs" refers to all current RPLs that plan to apply be an RPL for the 2021-2022 academic year, as well as RPLs with gaps in between semesters/years of employment. Please note that a Summer@Brown Resident Assistant is not the same as an RPL. "Returning RPLs" does not include students that have previously served as Summer@Brown Resident Assistants but have never served as an RPL.
Questions asked of returning RPLs in both the application and video interview double as self-evaluation for those who worked through fall 2020. The three core questions of the application, and all five prompts in the video interview will serve this purpose.
RPLs who are not returning to role for the 2021-2022 academic year will also be required to complete a self-evaluation, linked below.
The Non-Returning RPL Self-Evaluation has re-opened, and is to be completed ASAP.
