1)Interface chosen: Laundry room

2) Questions:

• How long do you expect to take between the time you get inside the laundry room to when you finish loading your clothes/ paying for the machine?

• Would you be more comfortable with a digital interface in order to pay for your laundry?

• How do you know that the washer or dryer is at its capacity when loading your laundry?

• Are you comfortable with the way the soap/bleach/softener labels are labeled?

This is the laundromat interface that most Brown dorms have. The interface includes the actual card reader itself and the washer/dryer machines.
