Eligibility & Selection Criteria

All fulltime undergraduate students in their second year of study or later are eligible to be a Math Teaching Fellow, provided that they are also eligible to hold a UTA position. Math Teaching Fellows are expected to hold UTA positions in an introductory course or tutor in the MRC during the same term that they are admitted into the program. As such, applicants are required to apply for Math Department UTA positions at the same time they apply for the Teaching Fellows program.
