Designed to teach post-advanced level Japanese language, with the focus on effective oral and written communication in business situations, this course emphasizes vocabulary building in the areas of business and economics, use of formal expressions, business writing, and conversation and presentation skills, as well as familiarizing students with Japanese corporate culture, protocol, and interpersonal relationships. Prerequisite: minimum, completion of JAPN 0600, SPOT TEST 75-80 and Japanese heritage language (JHL) speakers*.              *JHL speakers are those who have been brought up in a household where Japanese is spoken.  

クラスでは実際にスタートアップピッチ (startup pitch)を作成したり、インターンシップのエントリーシート、自己PRなどを書いたり実践的なことを行います。また、日本の企業文化、ビジネスモデルについて学ぶ予定です。他大学との協働も予定しています。
