If there are other schools at your institution that you feel would benefit from participating kindly share this form with them as well. Each institution/organization will be responsible for hosting its own Zoom Meeting/Webinar. We will share information with the students as the date draws closer. You may recruit on Friday either during the first session, the second session, or both sessions. As a member, there is no cost to participate.

We will host a two-day exhibitor fair. All day Saturday, 10:30 am - 4:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Breaks for lunch will be scheduled.

WHY:
The recruiting fair will provide an opportunity to talk one-on-one with our program participants and alumni, as well as share information about the programs and resources that your organization has to offer for students at the undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral levels. This fair will likely be one of the first opportunities you will have to connect with these students before the coming fall recruitment cycle.

To request an exhibitor table, please fill out the Exhibitor Registration Form above by July 11.
Cost:
Members: Free. This includes an exhibitor table(s), sponsorship in the Whova app, any printed materials we will provide, ad space, screen time at dinner, and web announcements.
