• Register to attend – July 4

• Submit the approved title presentation by the student – July 4

• LANS registration fee payment – September 12

Registration Fees [2025 only]:

• $175 per person registration and conference fee for Alliance participants and Coordinators

• $475 per person registration and conference fee for Non-Alliance participants (double occupancy)

• $175 per Non-Alliance Graduate Student working with the summer cohort

• $250 per person daily rate conference fee for Non-Alliance participants (No hotel room needed).

• Per invitation, the fee is waived for Alliance Emerging PhDs, Doctoral Scholars, and Faculty Members (up to 2 per institution).

Exhibitor Registration Fees (for non-members):

• $2000 per table, this includes the conference registration fee for two attendees, an exhibitor table, sponsorship in the Whova app, any printed materials we will provide space for an ad, screen time at dinner, and web announcement. Additional participants would pay $950.
