Nitya is a graduate student at Brown University pursuing a Master’s degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship. She currently works as a Research Assistant at the Brown Design Workshop, where her work focuses on PLA valorization and circular design systems. Her research contributes to an ongoing paper examining material reuse, design-led sustainability, and scalable waste-to-value models. Alongside her research, Nitya has experience building and testing early-stage ventures, working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and social impact, with a strong interest in translating complex ideas into practical, real-world solutions.
Stephen is a fourth-year PhD candidate in Chemistry and a concurrent Master’s student in Data Science. His research centers on sulfur atom transfer with applications in energy and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and he applies quantitative modeling and data-driven optimization to solve complex scientific and strategic problems.
Rob Dettmann is a PhD student in Epidemiology at Brown with four years of consulting experience in life sciences and at Deloitte. He specializes in infectious disease modeling, predictive forecasting, and quantitative analysis. As VP of Case Prep and Case Competition, he leads the club’s efforts to prepare members for case interviews and competitions.
Aryan is a fourth year PhD candidate in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. He is interested in the geographic-scale responses of plants to ongoing climate change. His research blends unintentional natural experiments and quantitative models to understand whether plants can adapt to climate change.
Neha is a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Sociology Department. Her research examines immigration politics, with an emphasis on the formation of new legal categories.
