First of all, how do we define art? That's simple - we don't! We want to know how YOU define art!

Current things members can do:
Contribute to a magazine for the hospitals (separate adult and children's magazines, certain hospital guidelines to adhere to)
Poems
Short stories
Drawings, paintings, photos of sculptures
Photographs
Letters (to no one in particular)
Origami or other things to rip out
Original Coloring sheets
Creating an entire Art Has Life original coloring book or inspired by existing work (collaboration)
Showcasing - since this can’t be in person we are considering IG features! Artists on campus can also do IG story takeovers
Extending opportunities to the community for people who want to:
lead IG lives
submit videos of their work, a tutorial, etc.
Be featured on IG
Event possibility examples (hosting):
Tutorials, IG features pr takeovers, live videos, finger painting, writing workshops, write & draw to match, paint and sip (...hot chocolate/cider), guitar lessons, musical days, Disney (songs & painting?).

No matter your concentration or interests, there is a place for you on our team!
Visual Artists - Isn't that obvious? Yes!
Pre-Med/Scientists - Hospital involvement AND art?? Yes!
Musicians - share your talent and teach others? Collaborate with other artists on campus and meet more off campus? Yes!
Theatre Concentrators: Practice your scriptwriting and put together skits for kids, etc.
Literary Arts Concentrators: There will be so many opportunities to write and share your work as well as help others write and answer questions. Do you like screenwriting? Let's have a program and the hospital and make a movie. Poetry? Let's have a workshop. Fiction? Children's Fiction? YA? Anything else?? Write something, put together an entire children's book if you'd like, come read at a program, and have people interpret/ respond to it!
Engineers - Engineering is art too! Get involved, design a program, maybe to get kids more interested in engineering, etc.
Architects - Work on the on campus portion and your design and execution skills. Maybe this could be your Capstone!
