G Road

G Road is an enrichment program that takes place at Emerson Elementary Mon-Fri. At G Road we offer a variety of specialty curriculum from partners organizations and qualified individuals from the community to engage, grow and learn with the students all while providing wrap-around childcare to families in need. All at no cost to families.

The primary role for volunteers would be to engage with students and families in a positive way to grow relationships and to start a connection with young ones that can ultimately improve the trajectory of students from children to young adulthood. 

They would be in place to facilitate learning in classroom settings,to assist with tutoring, assist with escorting students to parent pick, as well as mentoring and positively reinforcing engagement.

We would love to have students any if not all days mon-friday.

Every day is from 3pm-6pm, except Wednesdays it is 1pm-6pm
