Lunch/Breakfast Menu and Online Payments

www.brooklyn.k12.ia.us  is the school’s website.  This is the best way to set up your account and pay on-line.  

Click on the RevTrak button (rectangle square half blue-half green) under the Total K12 button.  The first time you use this you will want to click on “I am a new customer”.  It should take you to a screen that asks you to enter all your information and set up a password. Once that is done, you have completed phase one of setting up your account and you can Login. 

Click in “My Account” and fill in your credit card/debit card information. 

In the left corner click on “Food Service Payment”.  If  you’d like to check on your current balance in Total K12 you will use the user name and password for your Total K12 account and click “check balance”.  That will pull your balance up and you can see what it is.  Enter the amount of money you would like to deposit into the “Pay” section.

Once done with that you click the add to shopping cart button. You can continue shopping (not a feature you will use now, but in the future you will be able to pay for various items in this account – registration, yearbooks, clothing, etc. –just not yet … baby steps! J When you are finished adding your deposits, click proceed to check out and it will walk you through the rest.
