Since '00 – A modern soul preserving old ways
Nestled in the mountains of Northern India, Since '00 began as a family home in 2000. What started as a simple stone house surrounded by terraced fields has grown into a welcoming homestay for travelers seeking something real.
We kept the soul of mountain life, home-cooked meals from family recipes, evenings by the fire sharing stories, mornings waking to birds and fresh air. But we've added modern comforts too: warm beds, strong Wi-Fi, thoughtful design that honors both tradition and today

Sukrati - Host and Dreamer in Chief
is the heart behind the homestay, curating every room, trek, and tiny detail so guests feel like they’re staying at a friend’s mountain home rather than a hotel. With a background in hospitality and a soft spot for chai-with-a-view, she’s the one weaving together cosy rooms, local stories, and offbeat adventures.

Your co‑owner is the adventure buddy and sounding board—helping design new experiences, test out trails, and taste‑test every Maggi and momo before it makes it to the menu. Together, you keep the vibe young, playful, and always a little bit experimental.
Vinie - Manager and Local Gaurdian
The property manager is your on‑ground guardian of comfort: the person who makes sure rooms are spotless, bonfires are on time, taxis are booked, and treks start when the mountains look their best. They know every shortcut, villager, and chai stall in the area, and quietly keep everything running so guests can fully switch off.
