Conduct and Recording of the Sessions:

Parts of the conference will be recorded and uploaded onto the conference website. You must ensure you turn off your camera off if you do not want to be visible.

It’s not as we had first planned the conference (pre Covid-19), but in a short space of time and through the dedication of the BLTC committee, this BLTC online conference has offered a new and exciting alternatives. The format is

  • Pre-recorded 5-minute sessions with live Q&A with the presentation authors, grouped by the three prevalent themes/strands of the conference

  • Google Meet for the sessions (each session has its own link via the website)

  • Parallel World Cafes throughout the day which give an opportunity to reflect on the move to online teaching and learning.

  • Each session has a discussion document for questions and answers. These can be used in advance or as a forum in the session.

Top Tips

  • Bookmark the conference programme so you can access the sessions and the World Café on the day

  • Watch/listen to the presentations in advance of the conference day

  • Send your questions in advance

  • Check your connectivity ahead of the sessions.
