The purpose of this website is to provide you with some information which we hope will help you to prepare for University this September. You will be able to navigate this site for Semester dates, course reading lists and a semester one timetable.
You are encouraged to visit this site frequently as resources will be updated or added as they become available. Do look at the individual pages using the drop-down menus at the top - using the site will hopefully answer most of the questions that you have. (If you are viewing this on a mobile device, the menu can be navigated by clicking on the three line button at the top left of the screen)
This information on the site is in addition to and separate from any you will receive about enrolment from the Oxford Brookes Admissions Team. All the central University information you need about getting ready to come to Oxford Brookes and about enrolment can be found on the New Student Website
Online Enrolment
The most important thing you must do is Online enrolment to become a Brookes student. This will give you access to your User Account which you will need to attend online induction. You can not do this until we have sent you your username and password and you have completed online enrolment. If you need help with enrolment email enrolment@brookes.ac.uk
New Student Website is now live Click here for the New Student web pages
International students - information for international students is provided by the International Student Advice Team on this link - ISAT
Occupational Health appointments will be arranged by the Faculty. More information on preparing for your occupational health appointment can be found here. What to expect on the day of your appointment.
Care ID Smart Cards for OUHT are required for your placement and can be obtained by registering on the portal on this link.
The next correspondence you will receive from the Faculty will be information regarding your personalised appointment cards for occupational health and uniforms.
You will be required to attend a face to face appointment with occupational health staff before you can be cleared to enter a placement area. We are currently working with colleagues at our local NHS Trust to identify a schedule and physical space that will allow us to provide a covid health and safety compliant experience.
The appointments are likely to run in freshers/induction week and onwards into semester 1, and we will e-mail you with the date and time as soon as we can. When you receive notification of your slot we would be very grateful if you could prioritise the appointment and pay specific attention to the timing to avoid overcrowding the waiting area."
In the meantime do feel free to contact me with any queries you may have on
