Post-bac PROGRAM

The Broad Biomedical Post-baccalaureate Scholars (BBPS) program is a two-year program run by the Broad Diversity, Education and Outreach office. BBPS offers participants a comprehensive, structured, and immersive experience that includes groundbreaking research and academic and career guidance. The program is designed to diversify the biomedical research field and support the participants' development of knowledge, expertise, and skills both inside and outside the lab.

The (BBPS) program complements an RA or CA role and requires a separate application. BBPS candidates need to have a job offer from a Broad research lab in order to be accepted into the program, but receiving a job offer does not guarantee admission into BBPS.
