Dress Rehearsal and Performance Schedule

Tuesday April 22: 5:00-6:50 Final Regular Class time/Full Dress Rehearsal:  Please bring all costumes and leave them at the studio. (come wearing something else to go home in).

Thursday April 24: 6:30-8:30pm Full Dress Rehearsal 

Chair and Riser set up after Thursday Rehearsal (looking for parent help - cast does NOT need to stay and help with this).  

Friday April 26

• 5:00pm: Students arrive-Please check in at the main desk

• 5:05-5:15 Warm Ups in Studio 1

• 5:15-5:30 Pizza Provided 

• 5:30-6:30 Get into Costume and Make up, Check Props/Costumes  

• (6:00) Ushers arrive and check in with Janette or Evy 

• (6:30)pm House Opens

• 6:30 Cast & Crew Meeting & Warm Up in Studio 1

•  6:55 Places - Directors do Live House Announcements

•  7:00 Show # 1

•  8:15 Cast clean up and preset all costumes and props for Saturday

•  *Check out  at main desk before leaving

 Saturday April 27

• 9:30am Cast arrive (Stage Manager or Parent Volunteer Check In Cast)

• 9:30-9:45am Warm Ups in Studio 1

• 9:45-10:30 Get into Costume & Make-Up, Check Props/Costumes

• (10:00) Ushers arrive and check in with Janette 

• (10:30) House Opens

• 10:30 Company Meeting & Warm Ups in Studio 1

• 10:55 Places

• 11:00 Show #2

• 12:10pm - Greet Parents, Preset Costumes/Props etc for Final Show

• 12:30 - Lunch for cast and crew provided by Chick-Fil-A (touch up make-up and hair after lunch, check props, reset tech.
  (1:00) Ushers arrive and check in with Janette or Evy

• (1:30) House Opens

• 1:30 Company Meeting & Warm Ups in Studio 

• 1:55 Places

• 2:00 Show # 3

• 3:15 Cast Greet Families and begin Set Strike

• *Stage Manager or Parent Volunteer Check out Cast in Studio
