Dear Families,

Our Summer Fair will be held on Saturday 20th June from 6.30 p.m. We would like to invite all parents and students to enjoy a fantastic evening. 

The cost of entry to the Summer Fair is 2€ per person. Wristbands providing access to the bouncy castles, foam party area and other activities will be available for 15€.

Tickets and wristbands will be available from Thursday and can be purchased from the After-School Activities Coordinators, Primary Reception, Secondary Reception or the Uniform Shop (please check opening times).

From 6.30 p.m. into the evening, there will be exhibitions from the after school activities and a trophy presentation for those students who participate in the activities.  

There will be raffles, bouncy castles for the younger children, a foam party, music & DJ and a bar from which you can purchase food and drink throughout the event. We are sending you  here the running order of the performances. 

Please note that if your child is taking part in the foam party, they will need to bring a change of clothes. 

Access to and exit from the premises will be through the gate next to the Uniform Shop.

Nuestra Fiesta de Fin de Curso tendrá lugar el próximo sábado 20 de junio a partir de las 18:30h. Nos gustaría invitar a todas las familias y estudiantes a disfrutar de una velada fantástica.

La entrada a la Feria de Verano tendrá un coste de 2 € por persona y las pulseras para el acceso a la zona de castillos, fiesta de espuma y otras actividades. tendrá un precio de 15€ Las entradas y pulseras estarán disponibles a partir del jueves y se podrán adquirir durante el horario habitual en los siguientes puntos: monitores de actividades extraescolares, recepción de Primaria, recepción de Secundaria y la tienda de uniformes (horario de apertura de la tienda aquí).

A partir de las 18:30 h y durante toda la tarde-noche, habrá exhibiciones de las actividades extraescolares así como una entrega de trofeos para los alumnos que han participado en actividades. Les enviamos aquí el orden de las actuaciones. 

También contaremos con rifas, castillos hinchables para los más pequeños, una fiesta de espuma, música y DJ en directo, y una barra donde se podrá comprar comida y bebida durante todo el evento.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que si su hijo va a participar en la fiesta de la espuma necesitará una muda para cambiarse. 

El acceso y la salida de las instalaciones se realizarán a través de la cancela de la tienda de uniformes.

We would like to remind you that our 25th Anniversary Celebration Event will take place on Friday, 12th June.

The entire BSM community is warmly invited to attend. Tickets can be purchased from Main Reception; however, if you are unable to visit the school in person, you may complete this form to reserve your tickets.

Tickets are priced at €20 and include three drinks, as well as food during the event.

The celebration will also have a charitable focus, with all proceeds being donated to the Bisturí Solidario Foundation, led by César Ramírez, a valued member of our school community.

We very much look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.

Nos gustaría recordarles que este viernes 12 de junio tendrá lugar nuestro evento de celebración del 25º Aniversario del colegio.

Toda la comunidad BSM está invitada a participar. Las entradas pueden adquirirse en la Recepción principal, aunque también pueden completar este formulario para reservarlas si no les es posible acudir en persona a adquirir las entradas. 

El precio de la entrada es de 20 € e incluye tres consumiciones, además de comida durante el evento.

La celebración tendrá un carácter solidario, ya que los beneficios obtenidos se destinarán a la Fundación Bisturí Solidario, liderada por César Ramírez, destacado miembro de nuestra comunidad escolar.

Dear Families,

A quick reminder that all lost property collected around the school is moved to the Uniform Shop after remaining for one week in each building, in line with the school's Lost Property procedure.

As we approach the end of the school year, and for hygiene reasons, any unclaimed lost property will be disposed of before the summer holidays.

If you would like to check whether any items belonging to your child have been misplaced, you are welcome to visit the Uniform Shop: 

• During its usual opening hours (no appointment necessary) until 24 June. 

• From 25 to 30 June, the shop will be open for lost property collections from 10:00 to 11:00 am.

• After 30 June, the school will dispose of all remaining unclaimed clothing and other items.

Thank you for your support in helping us clear and organise lost property before the summer break.

Les recordamos que todos los objetos perdidos que se recogen en el colegio se trasladan a la Tienda de Uniformes después de permanecer una semana en cada edificio, siguiendo el procedimiento habitual de Objetos Perdidos.

Con la llegada del fin del curso y por motivos de higiene, todos los objetos que no hayan sido reclamados serán desechados antes de las vacaciones de verano.

Si desean comprobar si alguna pertenencia de sus hijos se encuentra en Objetos Perdidos:

• Pueden pasar por la Tienda de Uniformes en su horario habitual (sin necesidad de cita previa) hasta el 24 de junio. 

• Del 25 al 30 de junio, la tienda estará abierta para la recogida de objetos perdidos de 10:00 a 11:00 horas.

• A partir del 1 de julio, el colegio se deshará de todas las prendas y artículos que permanezcan sin reclamar.

Gracias por su colaboración para ayudarnos a organizar y limpiar los objetos perdidos antes del verano.
