Jennifer Garcia, PsyD a Licensed Psychologist from Thriving Minds Behavioral Health will be presenting at Maltby Intermediate on Thursday, April 30th at 6:30 PM on Raising Resilience: A Guide to Identifying and Supporting Anxious Children. This session will help parents understand how anxiety works as a natural “safety alarm,” how to recognize when it becomes disruptive, and what it can look like in children at different ages. Parents will also learn practical strategies to support their child, reduce avoidance, and build confidence and resilience at home and school.
