Weekly team leader will
be agreed upon by the team to lead Monday team meetings and two weekly reports to faculty and peer mentors.

Weekly graphic organizer for the upcoming week will be completed with Leaders, Learners and Assets by noon on Monday.
Schedule weekly team meetings during the Monday meeting and add to the Summer Research Calendar by the end of the Monday meeting.
Schedule weekly meetings with MarcCawley during the Monday meeting and add to the Summer Research Calendar by the end of Monday meeting.
When emailing faculty/peer mentors,
CC your whole team (unless you are communicating about a personal issue).
Also CC the other two faculty mentors and MarcCawley:
Deliver your practice presentation. You will have about 30 minutes for:
the Team Leader for the week to tell the viewers what you would like to receive feedback on.
all Team Members present your project to date. *Team Leader will screen share for the whole presentation.
the Team Leader for the week to share next steps for the project
Deliver your presentation using "Screen Share" to share your website.
Remember that all Team Members must present.
Though this is not a final presentation, it should be well-organized, well-practiced and well-prepared.
Prepare questions for your viewers and identify aspects of your project that you would like feedback on.
This is a great chance to
ask questions about things you may be stuck on, decisions you may be trying to make etc...
Hear feedback about areas of strength and areas of growth from your viewers.
Spend time brainstorming ideas, next steps, additions, limitations etc
You will have also have Team Meeting time after the practice presentations.
