Get into small groups with your teams
Talk in small groups together for 10 minutes about how each of you has grown
as a scholar
as a collaborator
as a leader
On your own Asset Map, highlight the new text in YELLOW
Quick Debrief (9:35 - 9:40a)
Time to work in Teams to finalize presentation preparation (9:40 - 9:50a)
Break (9:50 - 9:55)
Conference Presentations (10:00 - 11:30)
Deliver your presentation in 20 minutes. Team leader shares screen.
Three minutes before the end of your presentation, the chat will be opened for comments / questions.
After your presentation, the floor will be open to questions for 8 minutes. Participants can share questions / comments through speaking or via chat.
Post-Conference Debrief
Cameras remain on during whole group and team meetings.
Weekly graphic organizer tasks will be completed prior to Monday whole group sessions.
Weekly team leader will
be agreed upon by the team to lead Monday team meetings and two weekly reports to faculty and peer mentors.

Weekly graphic organizer for the upcoming week will be completed with Leaders, Learners and Assets by noon on Monday.
Schedule weekly team meetings during the Monday meeting and add to the Summer Research Calendar by the end of the Monday meeting.

When emailing faculty/peer mentors,
CC your whole team (unless you are communicating about a personal issue).
Also CC the other two faculty mentors and MarcCawley:
Conference Presentations will begin at 10:00a.
Each team will have the "floor" for 28 minutes including:
20 minutes to present research using your Google Site.
8 minutes for feedback from the audience. This will include questions.
Each team member must present during the conference.
Please dress professionally.
Be sure to practice the presentation including the screen share feature to ensure the presentation is smooth, coherent and thorough. Team leader for this week will be in charge of screen sharing.
Following the Conference, we will stay together as a group for debriefing.
Complete the POST-Research Survey

Finalize your LinkedIn by integrating your assets. Consider, in particular, integrating them into your "About" blurb.
