Learning Outcomes

Students can read Hiragana, Katakana, and some Kanji in short dialogues and stories with smooth flow.
Students are expected to comprehend different usages of particles, adverbs,and adjectives
Students can identify and demonstrate formal speech style vs informal speech style in daily conversation with family members and friends.
Students can make a statement by utilizing " Te-form", asking for permission sentence patterns.
Students can describe persons and things using multiples adjectives.
Students can express scenes by applying causative verbs.
Through culture search and studying, students are able to view significant culture difference in the U.S and Japan.
