Design your own board game
Students developed a “store-ready” prototype. This involves designing not just the rules and gameplay, but also all physical elements, including the box, board, pieces, and rulebook. This comprehensive project challenged both your creativity and their ability to manage a complete design process.
On the final day, we hosted a “Game Day Gala,” where teams showcased and play one another’s creations.
Create a logo for the Golden Hive Cafe
Students wrote a project scope and created a mood board. They then designed a logo for the Golden Hive using Adobe Photoshop. Feedback on the logo was collected via Google Gemini and used to refine and improve the final design.

Bridgehampton School was honored to welcome Stacy Myers back to campus after 20 years for a special presentation on Stationkeeper, an initiative focused on protecting whales and marine life around Long Island. Students learned how Stationkeeper uses AI-powered robotic technology to collect data on whales and monitor marine ecosystems, combining marine science, engineering, and environmental conservation in innovative ways.
The presentation sparked curiosity and discussion across multiple disciplines, giving students insight into the intersection of technology, research, and storytelling. During her visit, Stacy also toured several of our programs, including Marine Science, the greenhouse, robotics, and visual media.
