WEDNESDAY, November 6

• Directors' Online Zoom Meeting - 6:30 pm Philippine time. (7:30 Korea: 5:30 pm Vietnam, 6:30 China)

WEDNESDAY, November 13

• Teams arrive in Manila.

• Brent will pick up each school at the airport and take them to their hotel.

• Teams check into their respective hotels and eat dinner in the surrounding area. (see restaurant options here)

• Curfew at 10 pm

THURSDAY, November 14

• Breakfast at Hotels

• Teams picked up at Hotels and Brought to Brent Campus

• 9:00 am - Opening Ceremonies in the Brent Theatre

• 9:15 am - Group Photos - Theatre

• 9:30 - 6:15 pm - APAC DANCE schedule on campus

• 5:45 pm -  Bus Departures back to hotels

• Dinner on your own

• Curfew at 10 pm

FRIDAY, November 15

• Breakfast at Hotels

• Teams picked up at Hotels and Brought to Brent Campus

• 9:00 - 2:30 - APAC DANCE Schedule on Campus

• 3:00 - 6:00 - Cultural excursion

• 6:30 pm - Bus Departures back to Hotels

• Dinner in the surrounding areas

• Curfew at 10 pm

SATURDAY, November 16

• Breakfast at Hotels

• Teams picked up at Hotels and Brought to Brent Campus

• 9:00 am - 7:30 pm - APAC DANCE Schedule on Campus

• 5:00 pm - APAC Dance Performance and Closing Ceremonies

• 6:30 - Banquet Dinner

• 7:30 - Bus Departures back to Hotels

• Curfew at 10 pm

SUNDAY, November 17

Teams will be picked up 3 hours before departure and brought to the airport.  The estimated ride to the airport is 30 minutes.  If your team prefers an earlier departure time, please let me know.
