Hello! I am happy to say that I am a true Bremertonian. Born and raised right here in one of the greatest towns in the beautiful PNW. I am a BHS Grad (Go, Knights!) and all three of my sons also graduated from BHS.
Ringo, my dog and buddy, is a rescue from Menifee, CA. He is a rat-terrier and chihuahua mix. He likes to escape the yard and go on adventures.
I love to travel to other countries and so far have visited the Dominican Republic, France, Spain, Italy, and Thailand. Oh, and of course, Canada! I'm heading up a student trip in June 2026 to Dublin and London. (See me of you're interested in joining the group!) On my bucket list to visit is Israel, Sardinia, and Petra. The best vacation for me is to NOT sit on a beach and soak up the sun, but travel through the city checking out the local vibe and regional foods.
I wanted to be a teacher from the time I was little, so I am so happy to be able to do my DREAM JOB! I love learning and hope to encourage and engage students so that they also become lifelong learners.
I'm looking forward to the school year, the classroom learning opportunities, and great student discussions!
