Who is Mrs. Gutiérrez?

Hola! Hello! I am thrilled to be working and collaborating with our amazing students, parents, and staff at Bremerton High School this 2023-24 school year ! I will be teaching Spanish 1, 2, and 3. As a native Spanish speaker myself I look forward to sharing my experiences with students while developing their curiosity for the language and culture which will guide them towards successfully becoming proficient in Spanish. 

I attended California State University, San Bernardino and obtained my B.A in Spanish with a Concentration in Hispanic Language, Literature and Civilization. I have also earned a Master of Arts in Teaching dual endorsed in Spanish and English Language Learners from Seattle Pacific University. 

Outside of school, I love to hike, kayak, camp, travel, and cook . Anything outdoors!
