Knight Company is run primarily by our Top 3 (T3), who are in charge of leading our Officers members, coordinating teams, and helping our Cadets strive for success.

Command Senior Chief (CSC)
Reports directly to our NSIs regarding the performance of Knight Company. Point of contact between NSIs and the Unit, ensures all events are being carried out in a military-fashion, showing dignity and respect.
Our XO is in charge of managing all Staff members, and ensuring they follow the CO's guidelines. XO steps in as acting CO if our Commander is sick, or not in attendance.
CSC manages all PCs and MPOs in our Unit, and ensures Cadets are up-to-date on drill knowledge and marching capabilities.

Our Officers consist of NS2's and NS3's who've remained dedicated to our Unit, participate or lead teams, and carry themselves with dignity and respect, understanding and maintaining the Navy's Core Values, Ethos, and Attributes.

OPS coordinates all our of school and in school events that our Unit participates in. A large portion of their time is spent to planning and facilitating Colorguards.
ADMIN manages our CDMIS system, and awards Cadets ribbons and ranks, based on that tasks within and outside the Unit that Cadets complete.
ESO provides Cadets with knowledge of the Unit, which they learn in order to rank-up. Responsible for all proctering and grading that occurs.
Ordinance maintains our JROTC room, and Ward Room (Officer area), along with fixing and cleaning any Guidon, Sword, Flag, or Drill Rifle.

Our Supply Officers are in charge of distributing and accounting all Uniforms in the Unit. Whether this be SDBs, Bombers, or Trench Coats, Supply has it covered.
PAO shows off our Unit, through the High School Bulletin, or through our instagram account. (@KnightCompanyNJROTC)
RO -a relatively new position- is dedicated to keeping our enrollment numbers up. RO plans events with local Middle Schools, such as MVMS, for our Unit to come by and show off what NJROTC offers.
Knight Company Platoon Commanders
Our Platoon Commanders are made up of four Cadets, who follow the guidance of our CSC. There job is to teach Cadets how to march, and to be a resource for them.
