BT High School Program Transition

Welcome 8th grade families! This is your hub for all the info you need as you look ahead and move through the High School Admissions Process. As a reminder, we support all of our families regardless if Independent, Faith, Charter, or Public School are your high school goals. 

We are currently in the process of staff transitions and will have limited capacity to support students in the High School Admission process. If you have questions, please contact Andy Shin, Executive Director (andy@breakthroughsf.org), who will be liaising between families and high schools in the interim. 

9th Grade Transition:

As we prepare students and families for their transition into BT's High School Persistence program, we ask all students to reflect on their first 4 years in our program and set goals for their next 4 years.  Our recommitment form is to be completed by ALL STUDENTS to help us support them best on their journey to college and beyond. 

We ask that students provide UPDATED contact information, complete a reflection question, and complete a goal-setting question.  There is also an opportunity to apply for the Junior Volunteer Program opportunity for this upcoming summer.
