College search, list-building, and tracking platform with built in AI tool to automatically evaluate pictures of financial aid award letters and create reports of types of aid offered/amounts. More info on DecidED on this page.
Playlab is a nonprofit providing tools for educators to build AI-powered apps. We have piloted using Playlab at the National Office to create a Breakthrough chatbot- reach out to Alex Serna to learn more!
The Fair Opportunity Project has several AI-driven tools in their "Instant Help" section, including a career exploration tool, FAFSA help tool, essay reviewer tool and virtual college counselor tool.
This links directly to the Fair Opportunity Project's AI-driven FAFSA help tool. This tool has been recommended by colleagues at NCAN.
This FAFSA Chatbot was created by the Baton Rouge Youth Coalition using Google's Notebook LM tool. It was shared via NCAN and is an example of a chatbot built by an individual organixation for student and family use.
