You told us that our training and support needed to be more predictable and accessible—and we heard you. 

This year, we launched our updated Training Plan & Support Calendar, designed to give you greater clarity, consistency, and access. It includes regularly scheduled office hours, training, communities of practice, and onboarding opportunities for new staff. This ensures timely support for all staff, and critical information is available to new staff within the first month of their hire.

The Support Calendar uses September as a model, but you can use this cadence to predict training and support opportunities for the remainder of the school year. All training will also be announced in the Collaborative Connection, Google Spaces, and the Affiliate Portal.
