What is EFT: Tapping?

The Ancient Chinese discovered things in our bodies known as "meridian channels". These are pathways are like "a fiber-optic network in the body". (The Tapping Solution, 2017) If we can get to these energy channels while we are thinking through emotions, thoughts or physical pain/discomfort, we can reach the cause of the stress more quickly.


Tapping uses gentle tapping on 9 points on the body to help access these energy pathways. The focus is on the negative feeling but there is an affirmation that even though you have the negative feeling/thought/pain, it doesn't make you negative.
