Always show up on time! 10 minutes early is on time!
Keep a positive attitude and an open mind the entire weekend
There is to be no talking in between rounds
You should not be discussing your choices with other women going through recruitment (it is not your job to persuade your friends)
All potential new members must attend ALL recruitment rounds in order to be invited to the subsequent invitational and receive a bid
If you are going to miss any part of recruitment, an excuse form should be filled out.
At the end of each night, you must turn in your lookbook to your recruitment counselor
Wear the appropriate attire for each night
If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to your recruitment counselor or the Panhellenic exec board
If you thinking about dropping out of recruitment, you have to reach out to your recruitment counselor first
No potential new member should invite a sorority member to interact outside of recruitment events during recruitment week or vice versa
A potential new member shall not give a promise (oral or written) to join a certain organization before formal bids are given through the National Panhellenic Conference or vice versa
A potential new member shall fill out the preferential bid card. By receiving a bid at the end of recruitment, she shall be bound for one calendar year while attending UNCP and cannot pledge to any other Panhellenic sorority unless she is formally released from her bid
