Check-in time is when you need to show up for your appointment.
It does NOT mean that you will be in and out within that time frame.
You WILL experience a wait as we are checking in each individual animal and reviewing pertinent information with every client that we are seeing that day.
If you are unprepared, you are causing everyone else to have a longer wait time.
You will be asked to go back to your vehicle until you are fully prepared to check-in.
Stay in your vehicle until a staff member comes out to check you in.
During pick-up you do NOT have to wait in your vehicle. You can come inside the building during the appropriate check-out time for your pet.
Snip City is NOT a full-service clinic. We are a high-volume spay/neuter clinic. We are limited to the services published.
We do NOT offer follow-up care.
*Walk your dog before heading in for your appointment. It will make them feel much better and reduce accidents while in their kennel.
*For cats put newspaper, a potty pad, or some other soft surface in your pet's crate.
Put multiple layers so that they can be removed if your pet has an accident.
