Citing CultureGrams

  1. CultureGrams will cite articles for you! Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see Generate Citation.
  2. Click MLA 8.
  3. Click Copy Citation (citation will pop up).
  4. Paste your citation into your Google Doc or Slide presentation.

Final Steps!

When all of your citations are complete, follow these MLA 8 format guidelines.

  • Center the title, Works Cited, at the top of the page. If only one source was used, title the page Work Cited.
  • Alphabetical order by author’s last name or by title of the work when there is no author.
  • Double space the entire list of sources.
  • Use hanging indention for each entry. Begin each entry flush with the left margin; indent all subsequent lines one-half inch.
