Hello Everyone!

Welcome to Room 129 and the THIRD GRADE!

I am absolutely honored to be your child’s teacher this year!

My goal is to help your child feel unique and important while reaching his/her highest level of performance. I will encourage each child to set goals, establish and maintain a lifelong interest in learning, as well as, become cooperative, responsible members of society.  

I believe every child can learn and achievement is based on the individual’s own ability, progress, style, needs and interests. Therefore, my teaching methods will engage your child as an active participant in various activities. Together, we will be using concrete, relevant, and real materials, along with respect, acceptance, and comfort to enhance his/her self-esteem and generate success. 

Your involvement and support are crucial because you are the most important person in your child’s life! Due to the demands of third grade, distractions can be hazardous to learning. Students should refrain from bringing in toys or unrelated school items to class. Also, I will request classroom help as needed.
