Spectrocopic Methods/Equipment
The lab is equipped with two anaerobic gloveboxes, which houses a stopped-flow spectrometer, a cooling block and a UV/VIs spectrometer for kinetic studies as well as an Akta for purifications.
SX20 Stopped-Flow Spectrometer (housed in the anaerobic glovebox).
It is equipped with a Photodiode Array Detector (PDA), a Photomultiplier (PMT) Detector and a Fluorescence Detector. Suited both for single and double mixing experiments.
Agilent Single Quad LCMS 6125 equipped with a PDA detector for UV-detected HPLC analyses. Thermostated sample chamber and column holder.

4 ft Hood equipped with a Schlenk line for degassing and treating buffers and samples with specialty gases.
