Graduation Day
Graduation is on Friday May 8th in Wacker Commons in the PIE Center. Seniors must arrive between 4:00 - 4:30. Please drive around the back of the PIE Center, and drop Graduates off at GOAL. Proceed to park in the lot across Parker Street. The doors open to families at 4:00 and the commencement ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. If you plan to bring more than 10 people to graduation, please reach out to Mrs. Gott by Friday April 17th.Â
What to wear:
Shirt & Tie: A button-down shirt with a tie (or even a bowtie) looks polished.
Dress Pants: Khakis or dress pants in neutral colors work well.
Shoes: Dress shoes (like loafers or oxfords) are ideal. Avoid sneakers or sandals.
Dress or Blouse & Skirt/Pants: A knee-length or midi dress, or a nice blouse with a skirt or dress pants. Avoid anything too bulky.
Shoes: Flats, wedges, or low heels work best—comfortable but still dressy.
Avoid bulky clothing – Gowns can already feel warm and heavy.
Stick to neutral or classic colors – Black, navy, white, or pastel tones often look best.
Iron your outfit – Wrinkled clothes can make you look unpolished.
Mind your neckline & sleeves – The gown will sit over your shoulders, so consider how it layers.
