Users are responsible for intentional or negligent damage.
Damage or loss must be reported immediately, even if it seems small.
VR goggles may NOT be used outside, including playgrounds, fields, parking lots, or any unsheltered areas.
Reasons:
Sunlight can permanently damage VR lenses and screens.
Increased risk of drops, dirt, dust, and debris entering ventilation openings.
Safety hazards are significantly higher due to unseen obstacles.
VR use is allowed only during approved lessons, clubs, or supervised times.
Do not install apps or change settings without permission.
Follow all teacher or facilitator instructions during VR sessions.
Treat VR goggles as community technology—use them responsibly so others can learn too.
If something isn’t working, do not attempt to fix it yourself. Report it immediately.
