Grief doesn’t follow any rules or keep to a schedule. There’s no recipe and there isn’t a right or wrong way to grieve. Grief is the normal and natural emotional reaction to loss or change. Grief is the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or change in familiar pattern of behavior. What matters most is figuring out what really helps you deal with all that comes with grief and what doesn’t help at all.
