This was a group of Bradford FFA students who attended the University of Tennessee at Martin's FFA Goodwill Tour in 2019 and 2020, where we learned about leadership skills in the FFA by the State FFA Officers and Agricultural classes offered at UT Martin.
The above pictures are of FFA students who attended the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2020-2021 West TN FFA Greenhand Conference and COLT training in Jackson, TN. They learned more about teamwork, and leadership skills, which were taught by Regional FFA Officers and State FFA Officers. The top two photos were when we attended in person, and the bottom photo is this year's conference on November 7th, which was performed virtually.
Here we are at the 90th TN State FFA Convention with our Chapter Awards.
Our FFA members went on the main stage at the TN FFA State Convention to obtain our Chapter Awards for that year. We tied with a few other chapters for the most awards for that year.
This was us at the 2019 TN State FFA State Convention in Gatlinburg, TN. We had 28 students participate in our Convention during their spring break.
This is a picture of us attending the 91st Tennessee FFA State Convention, with our Chapter Awards and our State FFA Degree Awards. We had 28 students attend this year to state.
This year over the summer, FFA members attended Summer Leadership Camp Clements in Doyle, TN. We competed in Leadership events all throughout the week. We also took part in multiple competitions, such as the Quiz Bowl competition seen on the left side.
This was the Bradford FFA at the 2018 National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, IN.

This is when the Bradford FFA Chapter obtained a 3-STAR Ranking in the National Chapter Award Program in 2018. Our Chapter members were able to walk across the main stage at the National FFA Convention that year.
This was a part of the virtual National FFA Convention in 2020, which was viewed by over 200,000 individuals this year. We ranked 2-STAR this year nationally, and attended virtually to this convention due to registering our FFA members and paying $250.
This is three of our FFA members who visited the U.S. Capitol this past summer during the Washington Leadership Conference, which is the most advanced leadership conference in the National FFA Organization.
This is a picture of us meeting with Congressman David Kustoff. We were able to learn more about governmental procedures. As well as inform him on our FFA program at Bradford.
Here is Mr. Anthony Slayton, Martial Arts instructor in Milan, TN. He was teaching our FFA members about self defense during an activity to get our members physically active.
Here is Ms. Haley Fisher from Southwest-Southland Dairy Farms to teach our Agriscience class about the importance of the Dairy Industry, as well as how to mechanically milk cattle.

Here is the past TN State FFA Secretary Officer, Nick Carpenter, presenting as a guest speaker to our Bradford FFA Officer candidates on leadership skills and interview techniques to help them prior to our Officer elections.
This picture shows students in my Large Animal Care class building a fence for a local farmer. They were able to use their knowledge gained in our class to perform this by hands on experiences.
Each year, we have kid goats that are raised by our FFA students. They are able to apply their knowledge learned in their animal science classes, as well as hands on learning opportunities to gain a greater understanding of animal husbandry and nursing.
Our FFA Officers had are presenting their knowledge of our FFA program, as well as the importance of Agriculture to Middle School students at Bradford to help promote our program for recruitment. Students had to provide their knowledge gained to persuade students into thinking about taking our career path.
Students are learning how to follow instructions while building this Parham Greenhouse for our FFA program. It was built all by our students.
Our FFA members presented their knowledge and information learned about goats to Summer School students during their Agricultural week.
Students have a Agricultural Experience Program where they learn by hands on practices. Students learn by doing these at home projects. This student's SAE is soybean production.
This is my class of Veterinary Science students who have just learned about the importance of injections, types of injections and their purposes, and techniques for administering injections. Students are seen here practicing subcutaneous and intramuscular injections in oranges.
Here is a student's SAE dealing with goat production. She is administering oral medication to her show goat. We learn in class about proper restraint and administration of medication to livestock animals.
Another student's SAE is harvesting honey at his bee hives. He is getting his smoker prepared before collecting his honey from his hives.
Several students are seen here building a wall inside our Agricultural barn, and are now placing insulation prior to covering it up. Students practice carpentry skills and improve their work ethic from their hands on projects.
This is our newly purchased barn that our students have been refurbishing, as well as work with local businesses to obtain job bids for certain tasks at the barn. We also monitor the allotted funds we have for fixing it, which teaches students about business finance.
The top four photos above show us working on learning the circulatory and respiratory systems. Students in Agriscience learn about the parts and how they work in order to perform the Oxygen and Carbon Cycle.
