The 1st International Forum on Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Materials (IFAMAM 2021) will be hosted by the DR3AM Center, Bataan Peninsula State University on September 15-17, 2021. Additive Manufacturing, also known as 3D printing, is now ready for industrial applications. This technology is driving a lot of activities in industrial and academic research. The capability of 3D printing to fabricate complex shapes in a quick and economical manner makes it desirable over other conventional manufacturing methods. On the other hand, advanced materials has become very exciting due to the diverse materials being developed recently. Advanced Engineering Materials play an important role in all types of industries. In order to achieve the desired properties of these materials, careful and sophisticated preparation and processing are needed to be employed. Combining novel methods such as additive manufacturing and advanced materials with computer modelling and design, materials that are smart and with robust properties could be achieved.

The 1st International Forum on Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Materials (IFAMAM 2021) will be a venue for students, faculty, researchers, scientists, and industry practitioners around the world to present papers on the progress of Additive Manufacturing and Advanced Materials. IFAMAM 2021 is jointly organized by the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) and Philippine Association of Agriculturists (PAA).
