Click the Admission and Application icon located under “Online Services” in the top left corner of the website
Fill out the BPSU Admission registration. The applicant must strictly follow the listed instructions:
Be sure that the information (particularly the name and date of birth) in them application is the same as indicated in the NSO/PSA Birth Certificate,
Make sure that the email address provided in the application is active and correct. This is the email address that must be used in every transaction.
After successfully submitting the registration, the username and password will be sent to the registered email address.
The applicant needs to sign in again
Note: Any misinterpretations (giving false/incorrect information) in the application submitted can be a basis for admission disqualification
To continue the BPSU Admission application, fill out the online application through the website. Then download and print the completed application form, sign it, and upload the complete requirements to the system. The applicant must upload to the system the complete requirements in PDF Form with the file name below:

Applicants are also advised to secure hard copies of their requirements (a video tutorial is already provided in the system).
The validator will receive the requirements of the applicant and check his/her encoded information against his/her submitted requirements.
After the validation of the application and requirements, the applicant will now be able to print his/her confirmation slip containing the details of his/her examination date, time, and room assignment.
Note: Applicants will be notified if they submit Incomplete/wrong documents.

Applicant’s submitted requirements will be forwarded to the college where he/she intends to apply for evaluation.
Applicants who pass the college evaluation shall pay a non-refundable admission fee to the cashier.
Once the Admission Fee has been paid by the Transferee applicant, his/her submitted requirements shall be validated.
After the validation of the application and requirements, the applicant will now be able to print his/her confirmation slip containing the details of his/her examination date, time, and room assignment.

Students from countries that require a certificate of VISA issuance will secure extra documents and specific procedure guidance will be provided by the Office of International Affairs.
Entrance Process
Submit a scanned copy of the following documents through email at international_bpsu@bpsu.edu.ph for pre-assessment
Scanned Passport Bio-Page
Transcript of Records from the latest school attended (must be translated to English)
Diploma/Certificate of Completion (must be translated to English)
Wait for the Notice of Temporary Admission from the Office of the Registrar and Admission (ORA). Submit hard copies of the required documents to the ORA and claim your admission number. Take the College/Graduate School Admission Test. Enroll your subjects and pay your school dues. Prepare your requirements for VISA conversion.
VISA Process and Documents
Secure and submit the following to the ice of International Affairs
Photocopy of (1) Passport Bio-Page (2) stamp of latest arrival in the Philippines and (3) Bureau of Quarantine (BOO) stamp.
Three (3) 2x2 head picture with white background
*Notice of Admission/ Acceptance bearing a clear impression of the school's dry seal
*Letter of Endorsement addressed to the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner for conversion of the applicant's status signed by the School Registrar.
CHED Endorsement for transfer and shifting of course, if applicable;
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, if application is filed six (6) months or more from the date of first arrival in the Philippines.
**Fill out two (2) Consolidated General Application Form (CGAF) for student visa
**Sign the joint letter of request addressed to the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner from the authorized representative.

After a foreign applicant has fulfilled all prerequisites, the Office of International Affairs must recommend them to the University Admission and Testing Center so they can take the admission test.
