Give someone a compliment
Call or facetime a family member
Make someone in the community a thank you card
Hold the door for someone
Donate old toys or clothes
Donate can goods to the food pantry
Tell a silly joke to make someone laugh
Tell your family three things you like about them
Clean up without being asked
Do a chore for a sibling
The William James INTERFACE Referral Service aims to help break down the “silos” that exist between various agencies, mental health providers, and systems that can often hinder access to mental health and wellness services for individuals. Through the Helpline that operates Monday-Friday from 9 AM- 5 PM, callers from Burlington will work with a Resource and Referral Counselor who will help them navigate the challenges of finding mental health services. Each caller from Burlington will be assigned a lead counselor who will provide matches to services, as well as provide information and resources about mental health and wellness.
The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line (BHHL) is here to connect you directly to clinical help, when and where you need it. Even if you’re not sure what kind of help or treatment you may need, we can help guide you.
It’s free, confidential, and no health insurance is required.
