Current Versions below are August 2022 but can be used from Sept 2023

To update,

Download version you want from below
Open existing version from your machine and the new version
Copy the 'values' for all children and all information, from the Data TAB on existing version by highlighting and copy
On new version on Data Tab go to top empty row and then Paste Special, Values
Save new version
Press Refresh button on Cover Tab
Check on each Summary Tab, is Current Pupil Slicer at top got 'Yes' selected, if not do so.
Save again

GOOGLE versions copy to your Google drive before entering any data.

Note standards are entered via drop down list as 1B, 2WTS, 3 WA, 4WGD andProgress similar.

on pivot tables be careful when printing from Google sheets.
