I started teaching at NACI in the fall of 2005 after completing my university education at Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in K-12 Physical Education. I currently teach Grade 9 and 10 Physical Education, Grade 12 Psychology, and Grade 12 Career Development.
Currently, I'm one of the coaches of the NACI Tigers Track and Field Team/Cross Country Team and I'm a volunteer coach with Neepawa Minor Hockey. Outside of the school I've been a Coach with Team Manitoba Track and Field on multiple occasions, including the 2017 Canada Summer Games and the Western Canada Games in 2019. I hold a variety of Coaching Certifications from Hockey Canada, Athletics Canada and the Coaching Association of Canada.
When I'm not at work, I am very likely to be coaching or you might find me biking, fishing or playing with my children.
