WHAT IS A SMART GOAL? A SMART Goal is a goal that is, "Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely." We will learn how to set SMART Goals and how to make steps to work toward a goal. This is "Standard 1" of a student's grade.
Standard 1: Make Your Own SMART Goal
Students will evaluate their fitness level, interpret their scores, and be able to set realistic, short-term, health related fitness goals based on individual profiles.
