AMRAP CARDIO WORKOUT
AMRAP: meaning As Many Rounds As Possible
This workout is short and sweet! Only 8 minutes.
30 jumping jacks
30 sit ups
30 second rest
For the above workout please complete 30 jumping jacks as quick as you can, 30 sit ups (your choice on variation) and then rest for 30 seconds. Complete as many rounds as you can in the 8 minutes.
100 REP WORKOUT
Complete 100 exercises by doing each of the following:
20 jumping jacks
20 push ups
20 sit ups
20 squats
20 squat jumps
PYRAMID WORKOUT
Complete a pyramid workout by adding in a new exercise for each round:
Round 1 - 1 burpee
Round 2 - 2 squats, 1 burpee
Round 3 - 3 sit ups, 2 squats, 1 burpee
Round 4 - 4 jumping jacks, 3 sit ups, 2 squats, 1 burpee
.....**Repeat two times through**

Complete this round of exercises three times through:
8 high knees, 7 calf raises, 6 mountain climbers, 5 push ups, 4 jumping jacks, 3 sit ups, 2 squats, 1 burpee
100 EXERCISES WORKOUT
Complete 100 exercises by doing each of the following:
20 high knees
20 mountain climbers
20 step ups
20 burpees
20 straight jumps
NUMBER WORKOUT
10 jumping jacks
9 squats
8 curl ups
7 lunges
6 mountain climbers
5 pushups
4 line hops
3 squat jacks, where you complete a squat and jump your feet together like a jumping jack
2 burpees
1 burpee :)
.....**and then go back up, 1, 2, 3, etc. to 10**

Step 2. Glue or tape the dice together
Step 3. Roll the dice 10 times and complete 10 of each exercise.
Step 4. For a challenge complete 2-5 additional sets and reps!

Level 1 - Beginner
Level 1 completes 3 sets
Level 2 - Intermediate
Level 2 completes 5 sets
