Follow along with this video to complete a 10 minute ab workout.

Abs Exercises
Bicycle Crunch Leg Drops
Plank Tucks + Downward Dog Walk
Back Bow Toe Touches
Leg Pedals, alternating directions
Upward Facing Plank + Leg Lifts
2 Oblique Crunches + Bridge (arms up to further engage the core)
Single Leg Drops
Circle Crunches, alternating
Bicycle Crunches
Mini Scissors
CORE WORKOUT
Complete the following:
20 seconds of crunches
20 seconds of heel taps (a crunch where your hands are reaching to your heels)
20 seconds of straight leg raises
20 seconds of flutter kicks (both feet raised - and straight - are kicking in an up and down scissor motion)
20 seconds of scissor kicks (both feet raised - and straight - are kicking out and in while horizontal w ground)
20 seconds of crunches
60 seconds of jumping jacks
